Even more changes, forgive us. First and foremost, we're goin' full-sail on Forums. 2014, here we come.
What's new?
Since the Government Script in city is a physical pain in the ass to manage, we'll be moving some of the more fun topics to the Forums, as with most things.
First - Voting, New Laws and Deliberation. This one is super exciting (I love law anyhow), moving forward, all proposed laws by Gov MUST have an accompanying forum post, with Classification, Definition, Elements of Offense, and a Penalty Schedule.
To kick things off, I drafted the first new law, and I'd like you folks to review, and vote. This, moving forward is how laws will make their way into our penal code book.

We're likely going to upgrade the forums system this weekend to a better system, so we're not going to go super insane just yet. I'll try my best to migrate everything, so if some parts feel empty, that's why.
