Folks,
I’m Sheriff Dusty Hargrove of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, and I don’t sugarcoat things. The individual pictured above — Classy Hoer — is currently wanted out of Blaine County for a laundry list of serious crimes that have put our community at risk.
Let me be clear: this isn’t petty nonsense.
We are actively seeking her in connection with multiple arson cases, where structures were deliberately set ablaze with complete disregard for life and property. Families displaced. Businesses damaged. First responders put in harm’s way. Fire don’t care who you are — and neither do we when it’s set on purpose.
On top of that, she is facing charges for:
  • Reckless Driving
  • Reckless Endangerment
  • 19 Counts of Larceny
  • And several additional felony-level offenses currently under investigation
Our deputies have documented incidents involving high-speed driving through populated areas, fleeing from traffic stops, and actions that endangered innocent civilians just trying to go about their day. That kind of behavior won’t fly in Blaine County.
Nineteen counts of larceny. Nineteen. That’s not a mistake — that’s a pattern.
We believe Classy Hoer may attempt to evade contact with law enforcement and should be considered unpredictable. If you see her, do not approach. Contact the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office immediately or dial 911.
Let me say this plainly: Blaine County is a place for hardworking folks, families, and people trying to build something better. We will not allow individuals to burn it down — literally or figuratively.
We are committed to holding her accountable and ensuring justice is served.
If you have information regarding her whereabouts, contact BCSO immediately. Tips can remain anonymous.
Stay vigilant. Stay safe. And as always — we’ll handle the rest.
— Sheriff Dusty Hargrove

? BREAKING NEWS – LOS SANTOS DATA BREACH SCANDAL ?
LOS SANTOS, SAN ANDREAS — A now-terminated officer with the Los Santos Police Department allegedly attempted to access an adult website, referred to internally as “Corn Hub,” while on duty Monday afternoon.

According to city officials, the officer’s account credentials were compromised during the incident, leading to a significant data breach affecting both private citizens and government personnel.

An official spokesperson for the Los Santos City Government confirmed the breach late Monday evening.

“It was big issue, but we have fix, so no more happen,” said Michael Patel, spokesperson for the Los Santos IT Department.
“We did not redeem, so we are safes.”

While city officials insist the situation is now contained, reactions from surrounding departments have been far less forgiving.

Sheriff Dusty Hargrove of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office did not hold back:

“Here we go, again. The LSPD has let the public down — and this time, all because someone wanted to SHUCK SOME F@&#(*& CORN while at work?!?!?!”

Sources within BCSO say the breach may have exposed sensitive materials, including:

Citizen phone numbers
Social Security numbers
Legal documentation
Internal case records

BCSO IT Analyst Bo-Duke Henderson elaborated in a brief statement:

“Yep, them theres got the phone numbers, them um, social securities, and them um legal documents… ummmm hmmm.”

The Los Santos City Government has stated that a full audit of internal systems is underway, and additional cybersecurity measures are being implemented immediately.

An internal investigation into LSPD’s access controls and workstation monitoring policies is ongoing.

Buenas tardes. (Good afternoon). Your Friendly Latina Voice of San Andreas Lily Martinez here bringing you the Latest going ons in the state. Now without further ado, Aquí están las noticias. (Here's the News)

Mayor Jackson Speaks Out

We bring you a developing story about some recent files that were leaked detailing some interesting Notes on several key figures in the state of San Andreas. and Blaine County's own Mayor Jackson has been speaking out. Mayor Jackson spoke exclusively with me and he had this to say

" Thank you Lily for allowing me to speak out. As the public Has probably been looking into these leaked files, I've had calls for several citizens who were concerned about my name coming up in them. I want to make things perfectly clear. I have no Affiliation of any kind with the Harris Family. While I have been involved with an Act of Vigilantism assisting a officer, I have done nothing but serve the people of Blaine County to the best of my ability. I have spoken to people listed in the files, but it has been for all intensive purposes, related to my duties as your mayor.."

I went on to ask him a couple questions and they are as follows

The files claim that you have knowledge of said island and knew to keep your mouth shut. do you actually have any info?

" Not a single bit of info Lily. I was, and am still completely unaware of this island. I found out about its existence when you all did."

By the looks of the contents, it looks like someone has been trying to get you involved, or possibly frame you for something. do you think people are targeting you/trying to frame you?

"I do not know. and honestly, i don't know if there's anything that I can do about it."

Are you afraid about speaking out against these people? and do you think they will retaliate

" Lily I want to make something very clear. I can guarantee you that the people in power don't like someone like me who is willing to speak the truth. They fear us alot more than we fear them. I expect someone to take me out. I am not Suicidal, I am of perfect health. If i suddenly perish after this interview, I want the entire public to know that I was killed by these people."

We hope Mayor Jackson is safe and remains to be the person people look up to. That's our news for today San Andreas, until next time, this is Lily Martinez remind you, Sé la mejor persona que puedas ser. (Be the best person you can be)

Blaine County Action News at 5
By Bob Fuller

BLAINE COUNTY — Blaine County Action News has obtained access to a stack of internal documents so sensitive that, at this time, we are not disclosing how they were acquired.

What we can say is this:
the documents appear authentic, extensive, and deeply troubling.

The materials span multiple pages and include internal annotations, redactions, scheduling records, and administrative language that suggests they were never intended to leave a secure environment. Portions reference high-level access, special accommodations, and internal procedures that do not appear in any public policy or public record.

Action News is currently working with independent experts to verify the origin of the documents and to determine what can be responsibly reported. Many names, dates, and sections remain redacted. Others appear to have been redacted inconsistently — something that analysts say often happens when documents are altered in a hurry.

At this stage, we are actively working to unredact and authenticate as much of the material as possible.

And tonight, we can confirm this:
Blaine County Action News plans to share these documents with the public, in stages, as verification and legal review allow.

We believe transparency is critical — and we will release what we can, when we can, without compromising sources or ongoing review.

When Action News reached out to the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office for comment, we received a response that only added to the mystery.

Deputy Sheriff Nimithy Storm, a former FIB Director now serving with BCSO, reacted visibly upon being shown a portion of the documents.

According to our reporter on scene, Storm responded:

“WHAT!?!?! HOW DID YOU GET THESE?
THOSE FILES HAVE BEEN ON MY DESK FOR MONTHS!”

Storm declined to answer further questions and ended the exchange shortly afterward. The Sheriff’s Office has not yet issued a formal written statement.

What exactly these files contain — and how they may have left official custody — remains unclear.

What is clear is that these documents were known, reviewed, and physically present inside a law enforcement office long before Action News obtained them.

The implications of that are significant.

Blaine County Action News will begin publishing portions of the documents once redactions, authentication, and legal review are complete. We will provide context alongside the material and allow viewers to see exactly what we are seeing.

We will not speculate on intent or guilt.
We will not name individuals unless information is verified and responsibly reportable.

But tonight, we can confirm this:

These documents exist.
They were not supposed to be public.
And they are no longer contained.

We will continue this story.

This is Bob Fuller, Blaine County Action News.

More tonight at 6.

WEAZEL NEWS | DEVELOPING STORY
“I’ve Handled It”: Stacy Harris Claims Control of San Andreas Housing Market
Los Santos, San Andreas — Weazel News has received a letter today from Stacy Harris, daughter of former President Timothy G. Harris, confirming what many in the real estate and political worlds had begun to suspect: a single private buyer is in the process of acquiring nearly all residential properties currently listed for sale across San Andreas.

In the letter, Harris describes the move as deliberate, personal, and already underway.

“I am in the process of acquiring every residential property currently available for sale across San Andreas… That part is already underway, so we can skip the hypothetical phase.”

She rejects criticism that the maneuver constitutes a power grab, framing it instead as a corrective action following what she describes as widespread inaction.

“If you have the ability to fix something broken and you don’t, that’s not neutrality—it’s cowardice.”

What Harris Says Comes Next
According to the letter, Harris plans to:

Temporarily hold the properties to stabilize pricing
Resell them only to individuals intending to live in them
Sell at a financial loss

“I do so at a loss, because I can, and because it sends a message.”

That message, she writes, is that the housing crisis did not require endless debate—only decisive action.

Political and Economic Reaction
Housing advocates contacted by Weazel News are divided.

Some praised the plan as the fastest market correction San Andreas has seen in years. Others raised concerns about precedent, concentration of ownership, and the lack of public oversight.

One housing analyst told Weazel News:

“Even if the intent is benevolent, the scale of this is unprecedented. This is not reform—it’s a private reset of an entire market.”

City officials have not yet confirmed whether regulatory intervention is possible or even applicable, given the legality of private property acquisition at scale.

A Personal Motive
The letter makes clear this action is also a tribute.

Harris references her late father repeatedly, closing with a line that has already begun circulating widely online:

“I didn’t take your homes—I borrowed the whole city, fixed it, and I’ll hand it back when I’m done… for you, Daddy.”

What Happens Now
As of this report, there is no indication that the acquisitions violate current law. However, legal scholars note that emergency legislation or injunctions could follow if market impact escalates.

Weazel News will continue tracking:

Property transfer data
Market pricing shifts
Government response
Resale criteria and enforcement

For now, one thing is clear:
San Andreas’ housing crisis has entered an entirely new phase.

This is Weazel News. We’ll stay on it.

? Blaine County Wildlife Bulletin
Overpopulation Cull Declared a Success

Residents of Blaine County may notice things a little quieter out on the trails tonight. According to the Game Warden’s office, a coordinated wildlife management effort was conducted this evening to address growing overpopulation concerns affecting livestock routes, road safety, and local ecosystems.

Hunters were called in to assist under supervision, and the response was swift.

Leading the effort was Jacob Robinson, who accounted for 35 animals, followed by Avery Jackson with 17 animals. Officials say the results exceeded expectations and will have a measurable impact on migration pressure and aggressive wildlife encounters in the region.

No injuries were reported.

---

Statement from the Blaine County Game Warden
“We’re grateful to everyone who answered the call tonight. Overpopulation isn’t just a nuisance — it’s dangerous for drivers, ranchers, and the animals themselves.
This wasn’t about sport. It was about balance.
We’re always happy to work with responsible folks willing to get their boots dirty and help keep Blaine County safe and sustainable. If the land needs tending again, we’ll make the call.”

Cull Results
Jacob Robinson (NuclearWinter) — 35 animals

Breaking News — Justice Served on Grove Street

SHERIFF HARGROVE NABS RITCHIE BROWN IN ROOFTOP STING — “SPIDER MONKEY” ARREST ENDS MONTHS-LONG MANHUNT

Little Seoul, San Andreas —
In what authorities are already calling one of the boldest arrests in recent state history, Blaine County Sheriff Dusty Hargrove and his team captured fugitive Ritchie Brown late last night following an attempted assassination of Governor James Douglas — and did so in a fashion straight out of an action movie (or a very strange nature documentary).

Brown, now officially headed to prison for 241 months with bail set at a staggering $55,000,000, also owes the State of San Andreas $457,651.39 in outstanding fines. Officials confirm he is being charged in connection with the attempted murder of Governor Douglas and remains a prime suspect — and previously suspect #1 — in the earlier attempt on Sheriff Hargrove’s own life.

Yes, you read that correctly. The man tried to kill the Sheriff. The Sheriff then tricked him into getting arrested. Poetry.

A Trap So Simple It Shouldn’t Have Worked (But Did)
According to sources inside the Sheriff’s Department, Hargrove personally lured Brown to Grove Street after sending him a message claiming that someone was, quote, “shagging his wife.”

Brown, apparently abandoning all sense of self-preservation, rushed to the scene to “handle business.”

That’s when things went… vertical.

As Brown exited his vehicle, Sheriff Hargrove reportedly leapt from a rooftop like a feral spider monkey, landing on Brown and placing him under arrest before he even realized he’d been played.

“It was like watching National Geographic, but with handcuffs,” said one stunned witness.

A Criminal Mastermind He Is Not
Law enforcement officials did not mince words when describing Brown’s downfall.

“This guy thought he was untouchable,” one deputy told The Little Seoul Times. “Turns out he’s just… an idiot.”

Brown’s so-called “partner” — whose name authorities are withholding, though insiders describe them as “about as useful as a screen door on a submarine” — was reportedly nowhere to be found when things went south.

“Funny how fast people vanish when the bail is $55 million,” another officer remarked.

From Would-Be Assassin to Inmate
Brown was taken into custody without injury and transferred immediately to state processing, where he now faces a long list of charges tied to:

Attempted assassination of Governor James Douglas

Outstanding warrants and financial penalties totaling $457,651.39

Prior involvement in the attempted murder of Sheriff Hargrove

And several other charges officials describe as “so long we ran out of clipboard.”

If convicted on all counts, Brown will spend over 20 years behind bars, with his next scheduled “important life event” being his first parole hearing sometime in the mid-2040s.

Sheriff Hargrove: Still Fishing Tomorrow
Despite the dramatic takedown, Sheriff Hargrove appeared unfazed afterward.

“He clocked out, went home, and reportedly made plans to go fishing this weekend,” a department spokesperson said. “Same as always.”

As for Ritchie Brown — the man who tried to kill the Sheriff, tried to kill the Governor, owed nearly half a million dollars in fines, and still fell for a text about his wife — he is now exactly where authorities say he belongs.

Behind bars. For a very, very long time.
